Message	With these stricter new air rules, cars are going to be restricted more than SUV's. Even though SUV's burn more gas and pollute more than cars, the new rules will require that cars improve their emissions by a larger amount than SUV's have to improve theirs. I'm sure profit margins fell into the formula when forming this new law.
